Available online as a PDF document, the Schedule lists entry fees, closing dates, where to deliver your entry, conditions of entry, prizes and much more.

Judging for the 2026 Sydney Royal Cattle Show will run from 
Thursday, 2 April to Monday, 6 April for the Beef Cattle & Steer Competitions,
and from Wednesday, 8 April to Monday, 13 April for the Dairy Cattle Competitions.
